Cabernet Sauvignon Pnevmatikakis
The red wine CABERNET SAUVIGNON Pnevmatikakis, with flavours of black fruits, cedar and spices, it is distinguished to have great, impermeable crimson colour and high acidity. The variety requires combination with meat and cheese proteins. Serve at 14-15˚ C.

Our vineyards highlight the select variety of Cabernet by giving it unique Mediterranean characteristics. A generous wine, in deep red colour, robust structure and aftertaste of intense aromas of red fruits, spices and dried fruits. Perfectly accompanies any kind of meat like lamb, duck, beef, sausage, poultry as well as mature cheeses. Served at 16 ˚-18 ˚ C.

It comes from fine grapes that grow in the sunlit Cretan vineyards under the sea breeze. Creativity and skill are combined with modern means of production and maturation of this ruby colour juice. Red Kritopelagitis contains Kotsifali, Romeiko and Mandilari varieties.

The dark coloured grapes of Syrah are grown in cool climates and give us this special red wine. An exceptional wine in deep red colour, almost nontransparent, with dense and complex fruit aromas. Served at 16˚-18˚ C and accompanies any kind of red meat, grilled or in the oven, hunting, braized or spicy dishes and hard cheeses.

Dare it with dishes like duck with orange or chicken with honey and citrus sauce. Served at 14˚-16˚C.

We searched far back in the old art to prepare and offer you the “Mithymneio” wine. It comes from “Romeiko” varieties, cultivated in the sunny vineyards of the hills of Kissamos under excellent climatic conditions. It is stored in our cellar in oak barrels for ageing according to the traditional recipe of Marouva-wine.
