The multicultural variety Cabernet cultivated on our vineyards at the glebe of Agia Irene give us a wine with deep ruby color and taste of red fruits. It will accompany perfectly roast meats, sausages and varieties of cold cuts. Served at 17- 18˚ C .

The eminent Cretan variety Vidiano cultivated in our vineyards at the glebe of Agia Irene, compounded with the years of wine tradition of our land give prominence to a wine with complex aromas of chamomile, ripe apricot and bergamot. A wine with volume and personality will bring out dishes with seafood, shellfish, season salads, pork and chicken. Served at 9 -11˚ C.

Amelliti
The white variety of Assyrtiko that grows in our vineyard at the glebe of Agia Irene, give us a delicate wine with aromas of orange, grapefruit and honey. The elegance and the intense acidity will accompany perfectly dishes with lamp in the oven, grilled fishes and salmon.Served at 10-12˚ C.

In our vineyards at the glebe of Agia Irene we cultivate Malagousia. The intense yellowish color and the fragrant aromas of herbs, peach and lime promise a wine with peppery taste which fits excellent with the Mediterranean cuisine. Served at 8-10 ˚ C.
